3. Eligibility and Account Registration

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the initial guarantee period.

6.3 Technical Issues

In case of prolonged service interruptions exceeding 48 hours, we may provide account credits or extensions at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and sufficient internet bandwidth. Minimum requirements include:

  • Broadband internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
  • Compatible device (Smart TV, smartphone, tablet, computer, or set-top box)
  • Updated software and supported applications

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowMIRA.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in our jurisdiction.
